Douglas County PUD Commissioners Ronald E Skagen, Molly Simpson and Aaron J. Viebrock executed the following actions during the April 10, 2017 Commission meeting held at the District's East Wenatchee office:
A resolution was introduced authorizing the District's sale of Wells Project output to Okanogan PUD. Douglas PUD Commission will consider the resolution for final action at the board meeting scheduled for April 24, 2017.
Approved revision of Schedule 6 of the Electric Distribution System Customer Service Policies to meet the changing business needs of the DCCN. This revision would eliminate the charge for the Whole-Home DVR service. (17-047)
Authorized an agreement with ProfitStar for processing one time electronic check and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments. This integrated solution will replace our existing customer facing interfaces, including e-check and ACH payment processing. (17-048)
Authorized amendment No. 20 to Doble Service and Equipment Agreement. This will extend the contract three years to May 31, 2020. Douglas PUD has used Doble test equipment since 1981. Doble offers use of specialized test equipment and technical support. The contract is not to exceed $28,990 per year. (17-049)
