Public Utility District No. 1 of Douglas County (“District”) hereby gives notice that it requests the following professional services:
GIS, Work Management, Line Design/Staking, Fiber Management Software & Support Services. This RFP focuses on providing software and services which support the District’s land management, distribution system design work, electrical system mapping, work order processing and fiber system documentation.
Firms responding to this notice must be properly licensed. All responding firms must submit a letter of interest, a statement of qualifications, a list of related completed projects, no less than three references with telephone numbers, and a general brochure describing the firm’s activities. After screening the materials received, the District may request interviews with selected firms. The District anticipates selection of the professional by May 17, 2011.

Minority and women-owned firms are encouraged to submit proposals. All interested parties must submit the above requested information no later than 4:00 p.m. (PST) on March 4, 2011.
