Agreements for Joint or Cooperative Action 

The Interlocal Cooperation Act (RCW 39.34) provides the authority for the District to engage in dealing with other governmental entities to perform work, share services, etc. An Agreement is required to be filed with the county auditor or, alternatively, listed by subject on a public agency’s web site.
