Douglas County PUD Commissioners Lynn Heminger, Ron Skagen and Jim Davis executed the following actions during the August 20, 2007 Commission meeting held at the East Wenatchee Headquarters building:
Approved addendum No. 1 to bid document 07-31-W, Headquarters building auditorium revisions. The pre-bid conference with potential bidders revealed necessary revisions and clarifications to the bid document. (07-248)
Authorized addendum No. 1 to bid document 07-32-W, forebay debris boom at Wells Dam. The pre-bid conference with potential bidders revealed necessary revisions and clarifications to the bid document. (07-249)
Approved amendment No. 4 to agreement for Professional Services with PBS Environmental, Inc. This agreement allows for the fee schedule to be negotiated annually to reflect any increase in the cost of doing business. (07-250)
Authorized a call for bids under bid document 07-34-W, auditorium asbestos abatement. Asbestos abatement is necessary prior to the Headquarters building auditorium revisions. (07-251)
Rescheduled the September 3rd Commission Meeting to Tuesday, September 4th due to the Labor Day Holiday. It will be held at 2:00 p.m. in the East Wenatchee Headquarters Building.
The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. August 27, 2007 at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters building.
