Douglas County PUD Commissioners Ron Skagen, Jim Davis, and Lynn Heminger executed the following actions during the June 6, 2011 Commission meeting held at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office:
Awarded Lineman Forman Kevin Towne, with his twenty-year service award. Commissioner Skagen thanked Kevin on behalf of the citizens of Douglas County for his many years of service. Kevin thanked the Commission and said being on the front line of customer interactions, he appreciates they way decisions are logically made by the Commission and management.
Approved amendment and restatement of the Public Utility District No. 1 of Douglas County deferred compensation plan and trust. Necessary due to changes in federal tax regulations under the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act and other federal laws. (11-077)
Authorized amendment and restatement of the Public Utility District No. 1 of Douglas County 401(A) Plan. Necessary due to changes in federal tax regulations under the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act and other federal laws. (11-078)
The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. June 13, 2011 at the East Wenatchee office.
