Douglas County PUD Commissioners Jim Davis, Lynn Heminger and Ron Skagen executed the following actions during the May 10, 2010 Commission meeting held at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office:
Opened bids under bid document 10-12-D, provide South Nile deadend structure. The bids will be analyzed prior to an award recommendation.
Opened bids under bid document 10-10-W, turbine runner maintenance platform for Wells Hydroelectric Project. The bids will be analyzed prior to an award recommendation.
Authorized assignment of Pole Attachment License from Broadstripe, LLC to New Day Broadband, LLC. New Day Broadband intends to purchase Broadstripe’s system. (10-094)
Approved advertisement of request for qualifications for consulting engineering services for Douglas-Rapids 230 kV Transmission Line Project, RFQ 10-13-D. (10-095)
Authorized execution of agreement with City of Brewster regarding future operations and maintenance of parks. This agreement is necessary in order to continue to meet the District’s obligations to provide recreational opportunities at the Wells Project throughout the term of the new license. (10-096)
Authorized Jeffers, Danielson, Sonn & Aylward, P.S. to file Application for Approval of Aquatic Settlement Agreement as an Offer of Settlement and adoption of proposed license articles and Aquatic Resource Management Plans with FERC. (10-097)
