Douglas County PUD Commissioners Jim Davis, Lynn Heminger and Mike Doneen executed the following actions during the March 17, 2003 Commission meeting held at the East Wenatchee Headquarters building.
Opened bids to provide Douglas PUD with EPR underground primary cable. There were two bids received for the contract with bid prices at $297,053 and $301,780. The apparent low bid was received from WESCO of Portland. The District’s estimate was $338,830. All bids will be evaluated prior to award recommendation.
Authorized execution of contract with CanMap Systems to improve and support the electrical distribution mapping and work order system. This contract will conclude on January 1, 2005. (03-39)
Approved partial release of retention under the excavating services for the Wells Hydroelectric Project contract. Allen Construction has completed all requirements for the first calendar year of the two year contract. (03-40)
