Douglas County PUD Commissioners Jim Davis, Lynn Heminger and Ron Skagen executed the following actions during the February 17, 2009 Commission meeting held at the East Wenatchee Headquarters office:
Confirmed General Manager’s designee to administer provisions of the District’s Deferred Compensation Plan and Trust. (09-41)
Approved change order No. 1 to contract 08-48-D, 13th Street storage yard with Pipkin Construction. Changes include considerable rock removal and additional structural fill material. This change order will increase the not to exceed limit $62,690 bringing the total not to exceed limit to $268,840. (09-42)
Authorized participation in the Mid-Columbia Hourly Coordination 2009 Budget. Grant PUD, acting as Hourly Coordination Central, provides services for the coordination of power generation for the Mid-Columbia PUDs. (09-43)
Approved land use permit for Wells Tract 722. This permit will allow a joint use dock and an access pathway on District property. (09-44)
Reminded those in attendance the February 23, 2009 Commission Meeting has been canceled due to other Commissioner commitments.
The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. March 2, 2009 at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office.
