Douglas County PUD Commissioners Jim Davis, Lynn Heminger and Ron Skagen executed the following actions during the January 24, 2011 Commission meeting held at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office:
Authorized acceptance and final payment of work from Lightwave LLC under contract 09-28-D, communication fiber splicing and customer installation crews. All work under the contract has been completed and determined to meet the bid specifications. (11-06)
Approved professional service agreement with The DOH Associates regarding RFQ 10-20-D, professional architectural and engineering services for East Wenatchee Warehouse Fire Suppression Sprinkler System Replacement. (11-07)
Approved a change in the District’s travel reimbursement policy (Administrative Bulletin 5.13) to reflect changes in the Internal Revenue Service approved mileage rate for 2011. (11-08)
Approved change order No. 1 to contract 10-06-W, Wells Hatchery adult steelhead holding pond modifications. Changes include modifications to the pond return flume, and other minor modifications. The changes will increase the contract $1,500 for a total not to exceed limit of $176,927. (11-09)
The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. January 31, 2011 at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office.
